Michigan State-Indiana basketball: Betting line, over/under points total

Michigan State basketball has opened as a slight underdog at Indiana on Sunday afternoon.

The Spartans are currently listed as a 3.5-point favorite at Indiana, according to FanDuel. The over/under points total is set at 143.5 points as well.

Michigan State comes into this road matchup looking to build off a recent stretch of strong play. The Spartans have won three straight games, including a road upset of top 10 Purdue on Thursday, and now are sitting at 23-5 overall and 13-4 in Big Ten play.

Indiana is on the other end of the spectrum at the moment, with the Hoosiers in the midst of a three-game losing streak. Indiana sits at 17-11 overall and 8-9 in Big Ten play, with the Hoosiers desperately needing a victory over the Spartans to help bolster their NCAA Tournament resume.

Michigan State got the best of Indiana in their matchup earlier this season, winning by the final score of 81-60. The game was close before the Spartans used a stifling defensive effort in the second half to pull away for the blowout victory.

Tipoff from Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind. is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. ET on Sunday. The game will be broadcasted nationally on CBS.
