NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak Reveals Team Grades

The NFL's attempt to keep the 2026 NFLPA report cards confidential failed when ESPN's Kalyn Kahler posted the full list of letter grades for all 32 teams. The leak follows a grievance ruling that barred the union from publishing the cards publicly, though it allowed the cards to be shared with players.

The 2026 survey, completed by 1,759 players between Nov. 2 and Dec. 11, grades teams on 16 categories, including family treatment, home‑game field, locker room, coaching staff, and ownership. The new categories added are home‑game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and general manager.
