Red Sox's Bello Dominates Tigers In First WBC Start

Red Sox pitcher Brayan Bello delivered a dominant performance in his World Baseball Classic debut against the Detroit Tigers.

He tossed three scoreless innings, striking out two while allowing just one hit and walking one. The 26-year-old righty maintained a high velocity of 95 mph, throwing 26 strikes out of 42 pitches.

This strong outing follows a difficult spring training and comes just days after Bello was spotted receiving coaching tips from Pedro Martinez.
