Prosecutors Seek Plea Deals in Billups Poker Ring Case

Federal prosecutors announced Wednesday that plea deals are possible with nearly two dozen individuals charged in the nationwide rigged poker ring case, which also involves Chauncey Billups and 30 others.

Prosecutors told a Brooklyn federal judge on Wednesday that nearly two dozen people charged in October for their alleged roles in the nationwide poker ring could reach plea deals.

Chauncey Billups and 30 other defendants are scheduled to return to the courthouse, where they await the latest updates on their cases.
