Milan's Gabbia Doubtful for Cremonese Clash

Milan's Matteo Gabbia is doubtful for the Sunday clash with Cremonese after a flexor strain during warm‑up, forcing manager Massimiliano Allegri to consider a different central defensive pairing.

Milan defender Matteo Gabbia completed a personalised training session separate from the group today, but a flexor strain sustained during the warm‑up for last weekend’s game against Parma has left him doubtful for the upcoming match against Cremonese. Allegri may have to rely on Fikayo Tomori and Koni De Winter as the central defensive pair if Gabbia’s recovery remains slow.

Other absences include Ruben Loftus‑Cheek and Santiago Gimenez, who are also sidelined with injuries. Milan’s loss to Parma has given league leaders Inter a ten‑point cushion at the top of the table.
