MBA wins first Predators Cup since 2021

Montgomery Bell Academy claimed the 2026 Predators Cup hockey championship on March 4 with a 3-0 victory over Nolensville.

Senior captain Matthew Moore and his teammates celebrated the victory after a five-year wait since their first season together. The Big Red overcame a 2-1 first-round loss to Nolensville, winning the rematch 2-1 before securing the championship trophy. Freshman Conner Mazzoni was awarded the MVP trophy.
