Latest bracketology for Tennessee basketball ahead of Alabama game

No. 22 Tennessee (20-8, 10-5 SEC) has three basketball games remaining in the 2025-26 regular-season.

The Vols have two home and one away contests remaining in regular-season play: Alabama, at South Carolina and Vanderbilt.

The SEC Tournament will be contested March 11-15 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Selection Sunday for the NCAA Tournament is scheduled for March 15, while the First Four will take place March 17-18 and the first round will be contested March 19-20. The Final Four is scheduled for April 4-6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

On Friday, USA TODAY Sports released updated bracketology.

Tennessee is projected a No. 5 seed and would play No. 12 seed High Point in the first round at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. The winner would advance to play either No. 4 seed Texas Tech or No. 13 seed Utah Valley in the second round.
