Tottenham Hire Tudor Until Season End

Tottenham has appointed Igor Tudor as head coach until the end of the season, with sporting director Johan Lange explaining the decision.

Tottenham sporting director Johan Lange has explained the rationale behind hiring Igor Tudor as head coach until the end of the season. 'We interviewed a few candidates. Igor impressed us very, very much in the interview,' Lange stated, highlighting Tudor's extensive experience at the highest level of football, including playing for Juventus and being part of Croatia's successful national team in the late 90s.

Lange emphasized that Tudor has a history of making immediate performance impact when joining clubs during the February-March period, which was a significant factor in their decision. The club opted for a shorter coaching process than would typically occur during a summer change.
