Steinbach's double-double leads Washington past Rutgers 79-72

Hannes Steinbach recorded a 24-point, 16-rebound double-double to help Washington defeat Rutgers 79-72 on Tuesday night.

Steinbach shot 9-of-13 from the field, while Wesley Yates III added 19 points and seven assists. The Huskies (14-14) secured their first-ever win at Rutgers.

Rutgers was led by Lino Mark with 18 points and Darren Buchanan Jr. with 17. Washington hosts Wisconsin on Saturday.
