Sewage Leak Disrupts Yankees Spring Training

A sewage leak at Steinbrenner Field disrupted the Yankees' spring training game, affecting their clubhouse and forcing fans to navigate through contaminated water.

The leak, caused by two broken sewer lines outside the stadium entrance, seeped into the Yankees' clubhouse bathroom and spread to carpeted areas. The team closed the bottom floor of their two-story store while workers attempted repairs.

Despite the unsanitary conditions, Yankees manager Aaron Boone remained optimistic, saying 'It's not great. It's all over the place,' but adding, 'Hopefully, we'll get it cleaned up overnight and back in business tomorrow.' The Yankees still won against the Tigers 20-3 with Aaron Judge hitting two home runs.
