Guerrero Downplays Ohtani's Pitching Prowess

Toronto Blue Jays star Vladimir Guerrero Jr. criticized Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani's pitching ability, saying he wasn't difficult to hit during the World Series.

Guerrero Jr. made the comments in a Spanish-language interview, praising Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto while downplaying Ohtani's performance. The Blue Jays first baseman noted that Ohtani had an ERA of 7.56 over 8.1 innings in the World Series, though Guerrero did hit a crucial two-run homer off him in Game 4.

Ohtani was the losing pitcher in that game, but the Dodgers ultimately won the series in Games 6 and 7. Guerrero's comments come as the teams prepare for potential future matchups.
