Lions RB Pacheco out significant time

Lions running back Isiah Pacheco underwent back surgery and will miss significant time, head coach Dan Campbell confirmed today.

Coach Dan Campbell stated that Pacheco's recovery will take "a significant amount of time" and "it's gonna be a while." Ian Rapoport reported the running back could potentially return in December.
