The start of spring training is officially underway for the Cincinnati Reds, with the first full squad workout on Feb. 16 in Goodyear, Arizona.
Before the Reds moved to Goodyear Ballpark in 2010, the team made its home in Tampa, Plant City and Sarasota, Florida. We went through The Enquirer archives and picked some of our favorite photos from that time from the 1950s through the 1990s.
In the photo gallery above, you'll see Reds legends like Joe Nuxhall hanging out with his family, pitchers Jim Maloney and Jim O'Toole hamming it up for St. Patrick's Day and the stars from the Big Red Machine on and off the field.
