Jesse Minter is the new head coach in Baltimore, and he's surrounded quarterback Lamar Jackson with a dynamic young playcaller in Declan Doyle. The new look Ravens have 22 unrestricted free agents, according to Over The Cap, with big names like Tyler Linderbaum, Isaiah Likely, Kyle Van Noy, Dre'Mont Jones, Alohi Gilman, Chidobe Awuzie, and Ar'Darius Washington among those Eric DeCosta will evaluate.
DeCosta has ways to clear salary cap space, and Baltimore could look to make a big move or target a top-tier name who is interested in joining the league's top coaching staff.
With the new league year fast approaching, we're looking at eight reclamation projects Baltimore could acquire.
New York Jets: OL Alijah Vera-Tucker
Before his 2025 injury, Vera-Tucker earned three straight seasons of 70.0-plus PFF overall grades and allowed the fourth-lowest pressure rate (2.8 percent) among guards in 2024.
CB Asante Samuel Jr.
Samuel, 26, is a talented player who has appeared in only 10 games over the past two seasons due to a shoulder injury. In limited action with the Steelers, Samuel Jr. logged a 67.2 grade from Pro Football Focus.
CB Trevon Diggs
Diggs was released by the Packers in January after playing two games in Green Bay. Diggs, who was waived by the Cowboys on December 30, started in the Packers' season finale against the Vikings and played one snap in their Wild Card matchup against the Bears. With no guaranteed money remaining on the five-year, $97 million extension he signed with Dallas in 2023, Green Bay freed up the roughly $15 million Diggs would've counted for against the cap in 2026. Entering the seventh year of his NFL career in 2026, Diggs hasn't played a full 17-game season since 2022, and just 22 games since signing the extension in 2023.
DT Daron Payne
Payne has struggled against the run, as his 44.9 PFF run-defense grade ranks 25th among 32 qualified defensive tackles since 2024. Moreover, his pass-rush win rate has not exceeded 7.7% since 2023. Now 28 and a free agent after next season, the Commanders may shed some payroll and pursue younger upgrades. Since 2022, Payne has produced just ust 11 sacks.
WR Brandon Aiyuk
Selected by the 49ers with the 25th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Aiyuk has missed 11 games due to injuries. Aiyuk missed the entire 2025 season while recovering from ACL and MCL injuries he sustained on October 20, 2024, during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Before his injuries, Aiyuk recorded two seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards. Aiyuk is owed $82,124,000 over the next three seasons.
CB Terrion Arnold
In 2025, Arnold logged 31 tackles, eight pass breakups, and one interception over eight games.
WR Keon Coleman
Coleman was both benched for disciplinary reasons and subsequently healthy-scratched multiple times in 2025. This season, Coleman had 38 catches for 404 yards and four touchdowns, and over his first two seasons, he has 59 catches for 404 yards and four touchdowns, including 112 yards last season in a Week 1 comeback win over the Ravens.
Coleman still has two years left on his rookie deal and will make $3.8 million between 2026 and 2027, most of which is already guaranteed.
TE Michael Mayer
Drafted in the second round of the 2023 NFL draft out of Notre Dame, Mayer is entering the final year of his rookie deal and hasn't logged more than the 35 receptions he had in 2025. Mayer is stuck behind Brock Bowers but could find a bigger role on another team.
TE Chigoziem Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans
Okonkwo logged career highs in receptions (56), yards (560), and targets (79) in 17 regular-season games last season. He's set to hit free agency this offseason, and Gunnar Helm established himself as an effective pass catcher at tight end in his rookie year. Okonkwo could be a player to watch.
WR Romeo Doubs
Doubs has the route-running skills and quickness to dominate over the middle. Doubs averaged 13.2 yards per reception and caught five of his six touchdowns on red zone targets.
